Full Bloom Developmental Edit
Weeds can suffocate flowers and some elements can cause the demise of a story. Similar to weeding, editing eliminates the unnecessary and allows your story to bloom.
Full Bloom consists of a couple reads. The first full read of your story will provide a reader's experience.
On the second read, my insight will generate comments within the first few chapters. You will receive an editorial letter several pages long that covers the entire manuscript on specific elements such as characterization, plots, themes and reading recommendations. In addition, you will receive a follow-up zoom meeting.
Pricing
The fee for a full edit is .05 cents a word. Writers may send 200 word description of their book project. In addition, please send 2,000 word maximum book sample. Please use my email: Rosalinda@wordbouquet.net
If we are a fit, then 50% of the fee is due upon mutual agreement to begin and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of Full Bloom.
Partial Edit
Lavender Bud
Lavender buds aren't in full bloom yet still offer people medicinal and culinary purposes.
In the same way, a partial manuscript holds potential and Lavender Bud service acts as guidance.
You may have a chapter or fifty pages complete. Maybe you aren’t sure if your story is moving in the right direction and would like feedback before spending months or years writing.
You may have a strong start and are stagnating in with your story’s next plot move. Perhaps, your subplots need attention, or your characters are moving all over your setting with no direction.
The first read of your partial story will provide me with a reader's experience. On the second read, my insight will generate comments within the first few chapters.
You will share your vision for your novel and concerns and questions about the progression of your story.

Sage has been used since ancient times for medicinal and culinary purposes. This herb is promoted for the use of certain ailments.
Perhaps your manuscript has its own ailments. Sage advice is a professional super bloom service at an entry level price. The service offers a full reading of your manuscript and editorial letter. The letter provides feedback on major topics such as theme, characters, point of view, style, structure, pacing, plot, setting, and reading recommendations.
This service doesn’t provide any line edits, zoom calls, or questions about the letter.

Chocolate Cosmos
Picture Book Developmental Edit
Just like the magic of picture books, a flower exists that smells like chocolate. Since eating chocolate was not enough, I planted this flower in my backyard. The flower is known commonly as, Chocolate Cosmos. My patio now holds a bit of fantasy.
I provide developmental editing for your picture book including special attention to language that helps the artist develop illustrations.
My editing will consist of several reads, comments using the word feature, and a letter detailing the elements of your story. These elements include characters, point of view, setting, and recommendations.
